Sharon’s Sewing Service is a business in the sale of Textile Products for the home and personal use.
Order Process: Online Registration
Before placing your first online order, you are required to register an online user account.
Please keep your login information secure.
I accept no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the unauthorised use of your personal information.
Payment
When you place your order, you will be redirected to make payment through Payfast during the checkout process. No order will be accepted and processed for delivery without the payment at the time of online checkout.
Confirmation of Orders
Your order is deemed to be accepted when you receive an email confirmation of your order. If you require a product which I do not have in stock I will advise you, the customer, of my lead time to produce the product that you require. I will work strictly on a 50% deposit before starting any work. Before any item/s are sent for despatch I will need the balance of the invoice and delivery costs to reflect in my bank account.
Delivery Policy
Delivery is with Aramex to your door. Charged at R99.99. Delivery takes 48 hrs to 72 hrs. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday only. Delivery is possible to throughout South Africa to all major towns and cities.
For large orders ( that is exceeding 2 kgs) a price will be quoted by email.
Delivery by Paxi – collection is at Pep Stores or Shoe City and costs R59.95 closest to you. Your parcel is delivered within 7 to 9 days.
Returns and Refund Policy
Cancellation of orders may attract a 10% admin fee. If the Goods have been despatched the cost of the delivery will not be refunded.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify Sharon’s Sewing Service immediately and return the goods within 14 days. I will refund you, providing the goods are in good re-saleable condition, are unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the Products shall pass to you on acceptance of delivery.
Variation
Sharon’s Sewing Service may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
